Plans & Fees
What's actually included in the flat advisory fee?
Your fee covers your written financial plan, ongoing reviews at the cadence of your tier, and direct access to your advisor. We're never paid a commission for recommending a specific insurance policy or fund, so the fee is the only way we get paid — which is the point.
Can I switch plans later, or cancel?
Yes. You can move between Essential, Growth and Legacy at any billing cycle, and month-to-month clients can cancel anytime with no exit fee. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months if you cancel early.
Do you charge extra for filing an insurance claim on my behalf?
No. Claims filing is included in the Growth and Legacy tiers at no extra cost. It's not an add-on — it's part of what "advisory" is supposed to mean.
I manage more than ₹15 Cr in assets — do you have a different pricing model?
Yes, larger portfolios and corporate accounts are quoted individually based on complexity — number of entities, jurisdictions, and reporting needs. Reach out through the contact page and an advisor will scope it with you directly.
Advisory Process
What happens in the first consultation?
We start with your cash flow, not a product pitch: income, obligations, existing policies, and what "okay" looks like for your family. From there we outline where the gaps are and what a plan would actually look like — no commitment required to hear it.
Will I have one dedicated advisor, or a rotating team?
On Growth and Legacy tiers, you're assigned one named advisor who signs their own recommendations. Essential clients work with our planning team for the annual review, with the option to upgrade to a named advisor anytime.
Are your advisors fiduciaries?
Yes. Every advisor operates under a fiduciary standard, meaning they're legally required to act in your best interest — not steer you toward whatever pays the highest commission.
How often will my plan actually get reviewed?
Essential includes one annual review. Growth adds quarterly portfolio rebalancing plus a life/health/disability review. Legacy includes everything in Growth plus an annual in-person strategy session with your advisor, attorney, and CPA.
Insurance & Claims
Which insurance carriers do you work with?
We only place coverage with A-rated carriers, screened for financial strength and claims-payment history — not the ones offering the biggest commission to the agent. You can ask your advisor for the specific carrier behind any policy we recommend.
How long does a typical claim take to pay out?
For claims we file directly on a client's behalf, the average payout has been around 11 days, though this varies by carrier and the nature of the claim. Filing correctly and completely the first time is usually what keeps it fast.
Can you review a policy I already own elsewhere?
Yes — a policy review is part of the onboarding process for every tier. It's common for us to find existing life or disability coverage that's underfunded or duplicated, and we'll tell you plainly if a policy you already have is actually fine as-is.
Do you sell home, auto, or only life and health insurance?
We advise across life, health, disability, home and auto coverage. Home and auto are reviewed as part of your broader risk plan, not sold as a standalone add-on.
Investing
What kind of portfolios do you build?
Diversified, low-cost portfolios sized to your time horizon and risk tolerance — not a single "model portfolio" applied to every client. The sample allocation on our homepage is illustrative only; your actual mix depends on your cash-flow plan and existing insurance layer.
Do you guarantee returns?
No, and any advisor who does should be treated with suspicion. Markets move. What we can control is cost, diversification, and making sure your investment risk is sized appropriately against the reserve and insurance layers underneath it.
How often is my portfolio rebalanced?
Quarterly for Growth and Legacy clients, or on request if markets move sharply between scheduled reviews. Essential clients receive a full review annually.
Account & Security
How is my financial data kept secure?
Client data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access inside our team is limited to the advisor and support staff assigned to your account. We never sell client data, and it's not used for anything beyond delivering your plan.
Who can I call outside business hours?
Existing clients on any tier have access to a 24/7 advisory line for urgent questions — a real person, not a chatbot queue. Legacy clients get priority routing on that same line.
How do I update my beneficiaries or personal details?
Message your named advisor directly, or call the office during working hours. Beneficiary and personal-detail changes are usually processed within one business day once verified.
